On 5th May 2013, Master and I are undertaking a sponsored walk at Glamis Castle in aid of the Stroke Association. We’d be delighted if you joined us, but if you can’t, then we’d be even more delighted if you felt able to sponsor us in either hard cash or bones. These can be sent to the address below, or you can donate on-line using the following link: http://www.justgiving.com/Eric-SinclairAny donation, large or small, will be very much appreciated.

You can also learn more about this event by visiting our blog at http://mandogstroke.com/2013/04/12/back-again/ or on the Stroke Association’s website via the link http://www.stroke.org.uk/event/step-out-stroke-glamis-castleAll donations to the Stroke Association from this event will be going to further its work in Scotland, and will be used to support services for stroke survivors, or fund research into stroke.

Meanwhile, I’m getting down to some serious training, because as you will know if you are a reader of the Deeside Tattler, I am no longer a dog in the first flush of youth. But I will let you know how I get on…

With all good wishes,

Hamish Sinclair
