Notices

  1. Thanks to Sheila, Marcus, the Augmented Choir, Readers, Warren and Chris on refreshments and all others involved for a splendid evening on Sunday. We are lucky to have such talent locally and to have Sheila ready to take the initiative in pulling it together. Talking of talent, Vittoria read one of her own poems, Magnificat, not that she billed it as such , but I suspected it was so and asked.
  2. We need a couple of volunteers to help with the Christian Aid Tea at Aboyne Dinnet Church on Friday 22nd May from 3pm to 5pm for Christian Aid. If you can help with tray bakes, waitressing on the day or selling tickets -£3 each- please speak to Irene.
  3. The Bishop’s Lent Appeal 2015 raised £154.32 - a great total - many thanks to all contributors.
  4. The Dean is doing another marathon walk (and sail) ‘In the steps of St Magnus’ from Unst to Aberdeen to raise funds for the restoration of Comper windows in St Margaret’s Gallowgate. Booklet attached.
