  1. Rev Canon Lisa Eunson was elected a Canon of St Andrew's Cathedral at the Clergy and Lay Readers residential this weekend. It is hoped she will be installed at the Seabury Mass on Friday. We congratulate her on her appointment to this well-deserved honour. Please do go along and support her.
  2. St Thomas' AGM will take place on Sunday 23rd November at 11.15am in the church. Please put the date in your diaries. There will be a list of communicant members at the back of church over the next couple of weeks – please check to see if you are on there. If you are not, and would like to be on it, please add your name to the list.  If you have any items you want to raise, or would like to be more involved in the vestry, please contact us.
  3. Thanks to Sheila for playing the piano and keyboard for the Remembrance Day service at the Victory Hall today, and it was wonderful to see so many from St T’s congregation there too.
  4. Warren has started work on redoing the paths at St T’s. He had a brainwave and started laying electric cable from the church to the lych gate so we can put in lighting. Thanks to Warren.
  5. Attached is a poster for the Seabury Service, the first performance of a new Mass by Paul Mealor.  Canon Michel Belt from St James Church, New London will be installed as honorary canon from the Diocese of Connecticut.  To be held at St. Andrew's Cathedral, Aberdeen (King Street, Aberdeen, AB24 5AX) on Friday, 14th November 2014 at 7.00pm.
