Harvest Festival Harvest Festival

6 October 2024A non-Communion service for all the family, celebrating the Harvest. All gifts will be welcome but especially tinned or dried food, that will be given to the Foodbank in Banchory.
The service will be followed by a bring and share lunch, to which all are welcome.

Followed by Soul Soup Lunch at 12 noon. Anyone is welcome to this, from any church or from none, and whether or not you have been to the service. Enjoy the home-made soup, and the companionship.

Morning Worship, followed by AGM Morning Worship, followed by AGM

3 November 2024The usual informal service of Morning Worship will be followed by St Thomas's Annual AGM. Everyone is encouraged to attend this. Tea/coffee will be provided as usual.
Sung Evensong Sung Evensong
–
3 November 2024Sung Evensong will take place, using the Book of Common Prayer, with a small choir to lead the congregation. Everyone is encouraged to join the singing of the psalm, Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis, as well as the hymns. All are welcome, and there will be light refreshments after the service.

10 November 2024
This is Remembrance Sunday, and there will be an ecumenical service at the Victory Hall in Aboyne, to which all are invited. There will therefore be no service at St Thomas's.
